Shipping policy
Thank you for supporting Waves of Victory. Each item is created with care, and many of our products are handcrafted, hand-painted, hand-dyed, or made to order.
Processing Times
Ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Many of our worship flags and other handcrafted products are made to order. Please allow 1–4 weeks of processing time for made-to-order items before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on product complexity, current order volume, and seasonal demand. Specific processing times will be noted in individual product listings whenever applicable.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or other available carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ship orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Waves of Victory is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and item(s).
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. While we will do our best to assist, Waves of Victory is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
